This consultation package is for residential homes that have already been assessed by Yin Yang and Prosper, LLC.


And since we have already went through the most difficult stage of obtaining a compass reading, floor plan, and permanent energy, this consultation should be a lot easier where I will look at the annual and afflicted month energies along with the feng shui DNA of your home.


You will receive the following:

  • Written assessment of each room of the home.
  • Written recommendations to enhance positive energies, if any, and reduce negative energies for the year.
  • Written recommendations for afflicted months.
  • Best bed placements for the year.
  • Best desk placements for the year.
  • Location of wealth room(s) and money corner(s) if any.
  • Follow-up call or email in 3 months.

In order for me to complete a written report, I need the following details:

  • Any construction done since last consultation.
  • Any room usage changes or any new family members.
  • Optional: Photos of exterior and interior front door views.
  • Optional: Virtual tour, video recording, or photos of home.
